WARRANTY:
STEMCO Kaiser warrants the parts contained in STEMCO Kaiser Products to be
free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and maintenance
for a period of one year. This warranty shall be limited to replacing or allowing credit
for the parts contained in the STEMCO Kaiser products providing that notice of
defects and proof is promptly given. This warranty does not apply to damage or to
defects in any parts contained in the STEMCO Kaiser products caused by misuse,
neglect, accident, incorrect installation, alteration, or repair. THIS WARRANTY, AND
THE MANUFACTURER'S OBLIGATION HEREUNDER IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WAR-
RANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR-
POSE. THE FOREGOING EXPRESSES ALL OF STEMCO KAISER PRODUCTS’
OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY OF ITEMS
FURNISHED BY IT, AND IT SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE
FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES OR
LOST PROFITS.
WARRANTY CLAIMS:
The following procedure shall apply to all warranty claims:
• The end user must return all parts for which it intends to make a warranty claim
to the authorized STEMCO Kaiser Distributor who sold it the parts in question, along
with a properly filled out Warranty Claim Form.
• End users can obtain a Warranty Claim Form by contacting their authorized
STEMCO Kaiser Distributor, who may obtain such form from STEMCO Kaiser’s
Warranty department.
• After obtaining a completed Warranty Claim Form from the end user, the STEM-
CO Kaiser Distributor must return to STEMCO Kaiser the following: (i) the parts in
question, (ii) the completed Warranty Claim Form and (iii) a complete written history
of the parts in question, including information concerning the vehicle from which the
parts were removed.
• The STEMCO Kaiser Distributor must ship the parts and all documentation pre-
paid to STEMCO Kaiser, 4599 Industrial Drive, Millington, Michigan, 48746 for serv-
ice analysis.
• Items deemed by STEMCO Kaiser to be defective under the terms of STEMCO
Kaiser’s warranty will be replaced. All claims will receive a service analysis report.
